Yes! You can track status of your order when it’s on its way to you.

1) Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a mail with your tracking details.

2) Although Mystic Bazaar do it’s best to meet mentioned delivery timelines, but is not held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

3) If due to any reason you miss your order, in most cases it should be held at your nearest post office (if not otherwise instructed) for a decent period.

4) If your order returned to us due to any reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

1) If your purchase is over your countries tax free threshold, duties and taxes will be payable when your order arrives into your country.

2) Although, in most cases our products will be under this threshold, but it’s a good idea to check this information with your local custom office.

1) Mystic Bazaar takes every possible care to deliver your order in good condition so, in case of any damage item received, it will be replaced upon receipt on the damaged item to our return address.

2) Please note Mystic Bazaar, is not held responsible for any stolen or missing item. Replacement of such item will be organized at our discretion.

2) Items should be in its original (unused) condition - original packaging, tags, additional accessories or attachments, if any, are packed with the product, no visible scratches or defects on the product surface and embellishment or sequins, if present, are not damaged or missing.
